Alleged Ten Frauds Upon The Court

Federal Case #3:06cv95 Appeal #09-12234-CC Appeal #11-15093-E
We have used the Courts Pro Se and by force.

After nearly seven years of intense suffering, with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 under attacks by two Federal Judges in Florida, with our fundamental rights obliterated, with our constitutional standing discarded and our hardship mocked as a frivolous case by these Judges, we now see the full blown xenophobia spoken of in BLACK HISTORY books and we believe it is fitting to report to the public our findings and also to all the well-wishers around the globe and more importantly to inform all the authorities of our nation that the very foundation of America is under attack.  What is transpiring here is a live reenactment of the attrocities of the fifties, and now, we understand why Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat.

The CIVIL RIGHTS ACT of 1964 has been attacked, in my view.  This is by no means intended to disparage the image of our judicial system in America which happens to be the best around the world.  Instead,  IT IS AN OPPORTUNITY to demonstrate the material of our justice system and it is a solemn call to return to the original quality of justice our forefathers held when they drafted the Constitution, and a call to justice and the appearance of justice for all, as prescribed by the United States Supreme Court, http://www.ballew.com/bob/htm/fotc.htm the United States Department of Justice, The United States Congress and the Historical and Honorable President of the United States, Barack Obama whose citations are an integral part of this Federal Case.
